Absolutely horrible service and the owner, Kyle Anderson lacks professionalism and is the rudest to deal with. Dropped off our generator for servicing. They kept the generator longer than we were told. We had to call to check on our generator as we did not receive any update. We were sent a quote that stated the "choker" was broken, along with the rest of the diagnostic.
