Great customer service
They will not pick up tires although it is a service they offer and a service we pay for as a shop I've been trying to get them to our shop to remove more than 50 tires I must have put in 10 calls and received two pickups we still have tires left I am told they would schedule trucks the following week every time I call but so far no one has showed up I would not recommend this company if you want prompt Professional Service.. this is regarding the Detroit area warehouse

awful customer service and CPU has no idea what theyre doing at all. Theres literally never anybody at the desk, and Ive been here over a half an hour at will call and still have yet to be taken care of. Do better
