ATD is currently using One Rail to deliver their goods that they provide. One Rail is using popular delivery options to deliver whatever good might need shipped through them. Yesterday my wife was doing Uber Eats and got an order and showed up and it was 4 tires. She should have declined the order but did not. The problem with ATD is that they made her load the tires into her car without help and also that they are using this delivery option and do not want to take any responsibility for their deliveries.

Sharon was absolutely rude and utterly disrespectful when I asked a question to gain information on whom delivers their tires and if they had any vans they wanted to get rid of. I asked for clarity and she cut me off than hung up on me. They lost my business due to this type of interaction

If you’re delivering pallets here they aren’t in rush to offload. Wait couple hours before u even get to a dock.. workers don’t care you’ll catch them inside playing on their phones on clock and only response you’ll get from them in regards to time is “I don’t know what to tell you. You in a rush?”
