I took in a car which the dealer said needed brakes urgently. These guys looked at my brakes and told me they were nearly perfect. They could have done a brake job, charged me a couple hundred, and I would have never know. Instead, they were honest and saved me money. This is why they get my business - honesty.
how does your sales guys go from being friendly to the ppl in front of us to making a customers behind them feel their business is not wanted. someone referred me to here and get treated like I'm not worthy. wth. definitely will not recommend your business due to the lack of customer care I'll advertise your poor quality but in the end it worked out we declined tire service and went to west coast tires who were more then happy to help us and get us a better deal.
Brought our truck in for tires to be balanced and while we were there waiting the two kids who test drove it decided to pull out and floor it two different times. The way they drove our truck was unacceptable and we will not be taking our vehicle back there for that reason. We work hard for what we have and for a kid to disrespect our vehicle so poorly was unacceptable. The manager was very pleasant and said he would handle the situation and we left free of charge. I went in to get 2 front tires replaced. I was quoted $90.00 per tire or $223 total, $263 after taxes and fees. Got there at about 1:15 pm. Over 2 hours later, I realized I hadn't moved in a while, so I got up to stretch my back and legs. They guy at the counter noticed me when I moved or possibly groaned? My wife is a travel nurse and we've been temporarily living in the Grover beach/Pismo. We discovered this morning our Subaru had a nail in one tire and a leak in the other. I called around to a few places and American Tire Depot got me in first thing this morning. They were very friendly, straight forward, and quick. They pulled both tires off, checked them out, patched/repaired them both, all for no charge. We've been traveling the country coast to coast for years, been screwed and over charged a few times. Excellent customer service
Called on a Saturday June 20th, talked to Chad, thinking no way they will have my 30 9.5 15 tire size in stock. They didn't, But Chad Stopyak (the acting manager from Arroyo Grande store) had them brought from slo to paso before 12noon. I Took my rims in and Chad, who I talked to on the phone was doing triple duty, yet getting everyone taken care of. He even handled a rude customer with compassion and patience.
