Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. Sad to say, these guys replaced my gas pump 3 times before getting it right, and then I opted to have the spark plugs changed and they forgot to add oil to the car. Shortly later, I had to replace the top end of the engine. I'll never bring my cars there again.

Time and time again the crew and packages do not disappoint! The customer care Eddie gives is OUTSTANDING! Frankies ability to tell me what’s going on (who knows jack about jack) is remarkable! All the people there are committed to the best service and prices hands down. I won’t go anywhere else!

American tires was awsome , Robert took care of me , he new what he was doing so helpful and most important knowledgeable! Thank you Robert. :) put a new tire on, rotation of tires done in 30 mins .
