You get more then you pay for sometimes, and it helps to shop around. Came in to get 4 new tires for my Excursion the price on the ones I wanted was great but, I would have had to wait a day for them since it was Sunday. They found a good tire that was a bit more expensive but Jamie help us find a rebate of $160 BUCKS plus some free water park passes. So it went for it for only $200 more than the other tires and we got Name brand Goodyear instead of an off brand tires plus , 4 passes to soak city, $160.00 in mail rebate and ... read more
never will be back this tire depot has the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. They do not stand behind there work and they really dont care if they have good repore or not the manager jaime was the worst he told me that he didnt care what I said and who I say it to that he is guarentee a job no matter what. The best hands down I always bring my car to Goodyear. They have the best mechanics. They are all ASE certified. I always recieve good service. The prices are reasonable too. They do not overcharge like some of the other places. You really can trust them with your car. They are the best in the business.
Price not worth the wait! I used to love this store but recently I have noticed the customer service go down. Normally when I would bring one of my vehicles in, the longest it would take would be three hours. Three hours later, my vehicle was still sitting in the lot, and vehicles that came in after mine were already on the rack! When I asked what the hold up was, they told me that mine was next, so I left to get lunch. An hour later, my truck was still on the lot! Receiving promised free items is a joke We were in in April to get $600 worth of tires for my husband's truck. We had been in within the last year/purchased 2 other sets of tires for my Camry/my son's Nissan Pickup and were given free oil changes at that time. My car did not need an oil change so we were given a card to return @ a later time/get this oil change for no charge. After paying for my husband's tires we inquired about the free oil change on my car and were told it would take about 1/2 hour. We returned @ the given... read more
Great and affordable prices Went here to get new set of tires for my Honda accord. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Very accomodating and give me a lot of choices of tires with good quality and very reasonable prices. I will definitely come back on this store.
