Went there today for new tires and to get my alignment fixed. They were very helpful and got me a great deal for the work I needed to be done. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you!
I really feel sorry for the guys that work here, as I am pretty sure they are over worked and under paid. The manager really needs to get some customer service skills thus loosing yet another customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I would not rate this place at all, every time i went to service my car had a different person, their employees no bueno. Some of them where frustrated and would state " I glad today is my last day at this place, no organization". The front personal are sarcastic cause of their remarks. You have an appointment you in up waiting like the non appointments. The last time determine not to go there anymore is when i was told it would take 45 minutes it took up to 4 hours, did they care no! So people don't take your cars there eve... read more
I may have waited an hour and a half for the progress to happen but yes I truly love the service the people had no problems what got a super discount on my Toyo tires
This place is a scam and a rip off.... They quote you one price and charge you higher... Then they break stuff you confront them on it and say they will fox it but never get back to you... You call and ask about it and always get the same lie from the manager he will find the part and call you back three weeks later nothing... It was a better place under the old management.... This new management is crooks
Made an online appointment for March 6th at 6 : 00 pm, went there to be told we didn't check the email. I asked an explanation to be told, Damon I think his name was "WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST CALL INSTEAD?" There is no need for me to come back anymore. I have bought 14 tires there; what a "good" way to help regular customers.
Terrible service waited 1.5 hours with an appointment and they didn't even start on my car. While another couple was before me And still waiting 4 hours for their tires! Smdh
