This is why. 2 lug nuts that aren’t tight, 2 sheared off studs and a fifth that’s cross threaded. Now we’re stuck on the bay bridge. I’m glad this isn’t my car, it’s my buddies.

Dont pull bait and switch moves. Ordered tires online told tires were not in stock for my appointment and offered to give me a higher priced tire...
Went into to have my tires rotated and one of the tires repaired because of a nail in it. When they brought the car back to me I noticed that the air pressure sensor reading on the dash board showed 3 of the tires at 32 psi and the other one at 46 psi. Before I could ask why, the service manager says that they are fine and just need to reset. By the time I was 10 minutes down the road that had all reset to 48 psi. I stopped at a different tire store and asked them to check the pressure and sure enough they were all near 50ps... read more
My daughter had tires put on about 2 yrs ago. Got the car home it was bouncy called the place before they closed said to bring it back the next day. Taking it back my tire came completely off they fixed it but I had to have it towed to the place scared me when that happened. Will never take my car back there again.
This is the third time I have taken one of my cars there. Every time has been great and on time. Just drop it off. go get breakfast. Come back happy. Thanks American Tire Depot.
