I would not recommend America’s Tire Depot after my recent experience. I went in a couple of months ago for some needed repairs, and while they gave me a quote for $2,000 in repairs, some of the issues they mentioned were ones I had never heard of. Despite my doubts, I went ahead with the repairs. They also told me they’d help with my tire sensors, but after claiming their machine wasn’t reading them, they suggested I go to a dealership. Dropped off my rims on Thurs and Friday afternoon I go and still had to wait. Then I didn't get two miles for a flat tire. 300 dollars for a long wait for tires that leak. Never spend any money here again.

I just purchased 4 tires from American tire depot in San Jose. I only drove on surface roads for about two weeks and when I finely need to get on the freeway my steering wheel started to vibrate about 65mph. I called to see what can be done and was told that I would have to pay $100.00 to have them balanced. they said it would not be covered even they it wasn't balanced correctly in the first place. Great prices, lousy policies..

I requested a tire change. They said they had the tires I requested in stock when I called in the morning, so I went over and they confirmed that in person. The only thing they said, is that it would take approximately 2 hours. No big deal, I live closeby so I'll just Uber back home. A few hours pass and I decide to give them a call to see if it's ready and they say yes it is ready. EXORBITANT OVERCHARGE taking advantage of my stranded circumstances. On Friday 08 Dec 2023 at 5:45Pm the Adams St location sold me two tires: Summit 205/60R 16 92H ULTRAMAX for $127.99 apiece (before charges for balancing + taxes) for a total end cost of $340. These tires cost only $63.09 apiece on Amazon and $65 apiece at Walmart. Moreover, Discount Tires quoted me today that they would have provided me with the same tires for $205 total end cost after installation. So American Tire overcharged me $135. Had a slow leak in one of my original tires on my 3-year old Audi. The car dealership told me they only replace tires, but not repair them. So instead, I took my car to American Tire Depot in Granada Hills. They told me they would check it out and have an answer for me in 60-90 minutes. Walked across the street to do some shopping, while I waited. When I returned 60 minutes later, they told me they had found a nail in the tire, which they were able to patch. The reps are friendly and knowledgeable! The work was completed correctly. I highly recommend this place for tires and more. I got new tires, spark plugs, and air filter. My car drives like brand new once again!
