Nothing but problems driving off with my lift kit!! So fkn disappointed!!
Didn't make any mistakes except to try to sell me a water pump on the last cars coolant leak , 2.5 hrs for four tires, crew in back smoking and joking
Working after hours fixing up my car and making sure everything is running great... Gotta love these guys! Good laughs too! :)
After American Tire Depot read my previous review and made all efforts to accommodate me, I can now say I give them 5 stars, for their full sincere apologies and their quick response to correct the problem. So from here forward I will continue to do business with them :)... I appreciate their accomodations and for making things right!
Went in on Sunday 1145a to have two new tires put on and rotate the back tires to the front and 3 hours later finally finished. Not sure how this place stays n business with that kind of customer service, prices seem reasonable but my personal time is worth more. I suggest that management looks at the customer service plan.
