Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. Honestly this is the worst place I’ve ever had service for any of my cars. I bought a new set of tires last August and that day it was OK service. That same month I bought a new house over on that side of Hanford so I thought I’ll just start getting my car tires done at American right down the street from my home. That day in August they did make me wait without any acknowledgment they kept on typing, but not for that long and I was just patient and didn’t think about it. don't recommend this place i put some struts on my ford explorer and not even 9000 miles on them and they atarted liking i payd 600 for all now they want me to pay more not a good place to repair ur vehicle
Do not go there!!! Something that should take 30 minutes took 1 hour and 15 minutes ( with my persuading )saw no less than 6 people... not working!!!
I don't trust these guys. Took the car in for an alignment and they took me to the back to see the car. They claimed that my inner tie rod was loose due to wear and my rack and pinion was leaking. Also the lower control arm bushing was beginning to crack. All of these repairs totalled just $1979.90. I bought a new set of tires from somewhere else, haven't aligned it yet and the car doesn't pull to the left anymore! I had thread separation in the front left tire. American tires on Hanford have become a joke, all my family used to buy our tires there until about 4 months ago when the service went to hell. We took a truck in that had a newer set of tires on with a 30,000 mile warranty about 7,000 miles they were on 50% tread left evenly wore. They told us it was the alignment then it was the steering arms or some BS. So no warranty done, we take another one in to have rims changed waited about 2 hours we were next then they come out to tell us another 2 or 3 hours because now some came... read more
