Cathedral City American Tire depot has terrible service. I had a appointment today August 7th at 10am. So arrived at 945am and waited 20 mins for someone to check me in. I told them I have a appointment at 10am and that my left back tire has a flat and needed to be replaced because earlier in the week I went to a gas station and got it patched but they recommended it get replaced because it had cracks in the tire in other spots. I showed up for my appointment at 3pm for 4 tires rotation on my truck. Two and a half hours later my truck was finish. The employee told me over the phone that it takes 45 to one hour for that service with appointment

I've gone to this location over 10 times with four cars and from day one I felt like this is a shady place I felt like I don't matter as a customer because every time I go I want an alignment I don't need tires so the last two times I waited over four hours for my car to get worked on when I walk in they never say hi they walk around me like I'm not there & work on cars that came after mine it's a poorly run location & I'm done cause the last time it took them 3 try's to get my car aligned that's not right.
