Went in for an alignment. They broke a lug nut and instead of making us aware or fixing it they just glued the head of the stud on with silicone. Very dangerous and very poor business. I hope it was just that tech covering their mistake but it makes me nervous of the quality of people they hire to work on our cars.

I had to come here for an insurance inspection. They were so friendly and accommodating. I noticed they were extremely efficient and organized with all their customers. I came back a second time when I found a nail in my tire, they fit me in super quickly. Phil and Dale are the best.

I paid over $1,300 to have an air conditioner replaced and it worked for about a week and then it wasn't cold so I brought it back. They fixed it again but it was never cold enough then winter hit and nobody used it. When summer rolled around again it was not working. So when I got a chance to bring it in they told me there's a hole in the freon line and it would cost me another $400 to fix it even though it was never properly working from when they replaced it so I will never go there again.
