Always get a helpful guy who's professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Originally chose American Tire because it was clean and they have a nice outdoor waiting area but got way more than I expected. Highly recommend them, they are always willing to go above and beyond with very reasonable prices.

I've come here a few times over the past few years, and they do good work. They were great at telling me what needed to be done and why, and when I had to cancel a job because I found out I had coverage, the guy on the phone even congratulated me.

These guys are top notch! I don't know all their names but Dale and Phil always have smiles on their faces! Best customer service and make me feel comfortable!
The service here never disappoints. Today I went in with a low tire. They checked it out, found nothing wrong except tire pressure in all 4. Fixed that and sent me on my way, no charge. There is good in the world and you don’t have to look far.
I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service and the honesty of American Tire & Auto. I have trust issues 😉. My husband and I were trying to figure out how long we have been coming here. 15 years? We give them ten stars! Thank you so much for everything.
Went to their Quakerbridge Rd. location today and was blown away by their service. Phil and Dale were both kind and accommodating. After being turned down for an appointment at two other local locations for a leaky tire, I am so glad a coworker recommended this place! Had my tire looked at, screw removed, properly patched (they dont use cheap plugs), and back on the road in less than an hour despite being pretty busy! Definitely gained a loyal customer today!
Great service also got a really good price on tires. waiting time was a little long but worth it...
