Doug loves the science of HVAC and is always striving to have the most up to date practices. He loves HVAC efficiency. Doug comes when he says he will and does what he needs, while being personable and polite. A/C, furnace and dry vent cleaning are the things that we use Doug for.
I called AmericanTemperatureControl for a problem with the Furnace not activating. Doug and Matt came over very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it by cleaning rust and deposits off the burners and gas pathways. We have used AmericanTemperatureControl several times in the past few years.
