Bought a X-sight From a buddy of mine. it was missing screws in the base plate. called customer service was able to speak to someone within minutes. Explained the situation the representative on the phone was very understanding and said that he would ship a new Base plate with the screws as soon as possible. Free of charge. Great customer service thank you guys.
I have owned a couple for years now. All I can say is it is the best bang for your buck. Loaded with extras even the 4,000 dollar night visions don’t have. Easy to use and reliable. Customer service is fast and easy. No buttons to press and BS to go thru.
Purchased the 4K Pro and absolutely enjoying it. It was great on the range and easy to zero. Then out hunting I lost the USB cover when crawling through some briars and customer service to the rescue. Thanks ATN

Outstanding customer service with prompt attention to customers needs.
I have the Thor 4 HD. It has a lot of features good clear picture although I wish I had gotten the 2x8 instead of the 1x5. Had a hiccup with the firmware they had it fixed and returned in about 17 days. Customer service was good. I give the costumer service 5 stars and the scope 4 stars just because I had to send it back. Although I guess when it’s basically a computer you have to expect a bug once in a while.
