RecommendedPurchased the X-Sight II a few years ago . Liked the overall idea of the scope but thought it needed a few tweaks done to it. Recently purchased the X-Sight 4k Pro and love it so far. ATN, also has excellent customer service. Have had the rubber eye cup fall off twice and unable to find it. ATN has offered to mail me a free one both times.
Great products and great customer service
I have a Thor 4 that I was having an issue with, it ended up being all on my end. Faris at ATN tech support figured out what I was doing wrong, I have very clear viewing for 1.3X to 5X now. Thank You ATN for a great Thermal scope.
Great optics at a great price!
This see where to start, Product, price point, customer service? there are several exceptions making it difficult to say what is my recommendation, I don't know if it is having a great product line or staff with people like Faris Oran. The guy is absolutely top notch and really takes his job to the next level in order to satisfy the customer. The guy should give seminars to other companies on how to treat customers. 5stars and a heart felt thank you to Faris and the entire ATN staff
I have an atn x-sight II and love it. Had to send it in for warranty work and the guy I talked with was very helpful. Have great customer service answered every question I asked and had a fast turnaround on getting my scope back to me. #atnnation
