⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Had a problem with my Binox -HD night Vision binoculars. Called and spoke to Faris Oran and he answered all My questions and helped me solve the problem. Would highly recommend any ATN product. Their customer service is second to none.
I’ve had terrible customer service, I have tried to contact the company several times through email and phone. Whenever I called in it would just keep redirecting me and I emailed them with no responses back. I’ve had problems with the scope not holding it’s zero. I’ll get it to hold a group and then if it turned off and turned back on it will shoot all over the place. I have checked my gun, and tightened everything on my sights and have still had no luck. Customer service was great. I returned my scope, and had several question throughout the process. Faris Oran was very helpful and quick to respond each time.
I received my X-sight 4k 3-14x this week for my .308. I bought one and received it USED via Amazon. Mounting ring marks on tube. Finger marks on lenses. Then returned scope for replacement scope. Received scope and was in tack. Fwd lens have finger marks on inside of lens. Then I decided to keep it and started to follow the instructions to set it up.
