I ordered this product and can’t get through on any of the customer service numbers - you wait on hold for 30 mins and than they send you to voicemail. Horrible customer service - horrible! Plus I’m 4,000 out of pocket because my product has still not arrive?

I purchased the X-sight several years ago; it has substantially increased my enjoyment of shooting sports. The day vision scope provides impeccable clarity; and, the night vision opens an entirely new realm; Hogs beware!!! The added abilities: blue-tooth video sharing and video capture have allowed me to both train my son to hunt; and, to capture what once were perishable memories onto re-playable videos. Their customer service person (My) has been very helpful. All-n-all a super product with super support.
