TERRIBLE! I've been coming to this place for about 4 years. I just experienced the WORST service ever! I just called to place an order for a pick up (Friday, December 16th) around 5:30pm to be exact. The lady that answered was rude, I had to yell out my order because she was at the bar. While I was giving my order she asked me to speak up louder, I told her that's the loudest I can speak (I was shouting) and she disconnected the call. Don't advertise yourself as a dedicated blackhawks bar and turn the sound off to play a dj that plays the same songs as most djs.
