I am the owner and I am responding back to Danielle Brooks. Danielle called our office and she said she was having a problem with her "pump". I told Danielle that we could come out and pump her septic tank and check out her problem. I also, told her that we do not work on pumps, but we could give her someone that could. This place is a LEGIT SCAM! They will say ANYTHING to get your business. Called them to come out and look at my septic tank and sewage (sump pump) literally said that on the call. Not only does the tech show up look at it and say oh i don't do sump pumps *("Sewage Pump Replacements" is actually listed on their website and how you can replace it with out looking at it is beyond me)* but then says he cant find the septic tank and then strong arms my mom in to a $75 trip charge that was neither explained over the phone when the... read more
