Bought a ATI ar-15 and it's been a nightmare. First impressions the safety didn't even function until heavily oiled. I know your suppose to oil your firearm but the safety shouldn't need tons just to move. Next when I first took it to the range it jammed a ton during the first few shots. I had to rma it they replaced the lower. They didn't even offer to reimburse me for the 55 dollar transfer fee for the second time. Ok so I only purchased 4 of their knuckle duster pistol grips. (2 AR & 2 AK) I guess they over charged me for shipping (I had no idea) until one of their employees reached out to me via text from his personal phone and told me about this minor mistake, (again no big deal) apologized to me and notified me that i am now getting a refund on the shipping (aka free shipping) for my order.
