Ok so I only purchased 4 of their knuckle duster pistol grips. (2 AR & 2 AK) I guess they over charged me for shipping (I had no idea) until one of their employees reached out to me via text from his personal phone and told me about this minor mistake, (again no big deal) apologized to me and notified me that i am now getting a refund on the shipping (aka free shipping) for my order. I was given a Firefly 22 pistol by my father a few years ago. I finally had a chance to take it to the range a few weeks ago and it will not fire. If you look online at reviews of the GSG Firefly it seems that happens more than it should. So, I tried to return, and AT ask for the receipt. Who keeps a gun receipt for multiple years? Without a receipt you fall into a limited warranty(none). So, repairs (for that gun that will not fire) will be more than it is worth. Here is my advice, buy from another manufacture!
