i would like to say when i was contacted for the appointment i was told then my husband could take pictures with our son whom which is a burn survior and when they got there my husband was told he couldnt so we went ahead and had our sons made but when it came time to pick up the pictures we couldnt get anyone and i tried up untill eight in the evening and i even left messages for them to call and i got nothing in return and after reading some of these i find im not the only unsatisfied customer and i will file a report with... read more
I had my 3 sons pictures taken with these guys in Columbus ne. Everything went fine until i got my pictures. We didnt get the pictures we paid for and we didnt get any single pictures of our youngest son. Needless to say i am very upset. We dont have alot of money and we spent 230 dollars on these pictures because we thought it would be nice to have professional pictures of our children done. I want all the pictures i paid for and the pictures of my youngest son and i want refunded all the money that i paid. This is not how ... read more

I visited a shooting of American Studios today with my grand children , only to find they didnt have sizes to fit all children , and there receptionist at no fault to her couldnt offer any help , because she was only a parent her self who was bringing her chid to get pictures done when asked to be the receptionist because they didnt have one . there where at least 6 familys that were turned away due to being miss lead by the person who confirmed the appointment . I would not recommend anyone to get pictures taken by this company. I am from Louisiana, I was recently contacted to book a session, I went ahead and brought my son take pictures. I was informed on the phone that it would be "The Little Rascals" theme. When I got there, to my surprise it wasnt the theme I was told, the clothes was filthy, and the lady taking the pictures was extremely rude!
