I have solar panels that I paid over $50,000 dollars for two years ago with American Stream Solar and they only worked correctly for one year. They have sent someone out twice to replace my inverter and it would only work for a few months. The last two months I have received a light bill and the one for July of 2023 was $308.64 and the one for August is $408.34 which means that its getting worst instead of better. They were remarkably easy to work with. The overall process from when they did their initial site visit in late December to when the system was installed on April 4th they contact me about once every week to let me know where they were in the process and always responded to any questions I had the same day. Most of this time was spent with them working with my local electric company and city to obtain the permits, I did not need to do any of this. When we changed our minds and tried to cancel our contract with this company, they told us the cancellation fee was $10k payable at time of cancellation or they would put a lien on our house. They are pushy and aggressive and refuse to take no for an answer. Stay away from this company. Find someone else.

America Stream Solar is an incredible team and just overall good people , very professional . We couldn't be any happier with the service we received from this company. Awesome benefits as well, like up to $500 electric bill payed while equipment being installed, to the $1000 rebate you get after it's set up and a $500 referral for anyone who goes solar with this company. Highly recommend America Stream Solar.

Excellent experience from initial dealings with Henry in sales to the installation managed by Pedro. Highly recommend American Stream Solar. I had solar at a different residence and the company I used was a disaster; with American Stream Solar it was seamless.

Vary happy with the service i recieved with this company. With all the benefits that is included, like up to 500$ electric bill paid for while equipment is being installed, to the 1000$ rebate you get after its set up, to a 500$ referal for anyone who goes solar, helps alot and really its a really good deal. Of course your not gonna get maximum preformance on a cloudy day that is just evendent, but on the days you do have a nice sunny day, best believe its preforming. I would recommend American Stream Solar because they put customer satisfaction first. My project had many challenges such as permit delays due to Covid-19 and homeowner association restrictions, but their staff didn't make excuses, they found solutions. I would not give them one star how ever that is the lowest rate that it will allow Signed contract first of September end Nov installed 3 month later still now power. Every time I call I get told 1 more week that's if you get someone to answer there phone leave a voicemail don't expect a call back
