Julie in the office is the sweetest little doll to talk to. She will brighter your day with just a phone call. She answered my questions and put me at ease before anyone even came out. She had someone scheduled to see me the very next day when other companies won't even answer the phone. Use this business, honest, genuine people work here.
The salesman was great, knew a lot about what needed done and worked with me on the roof. Hurricane Ida did quite a bit of damage but these guys were professional, once I signed contract they had new roof on within 2 weeks. Awesome people. Salesman and owner both showed up the day roof was done. Making sure everything was going as planned and owner helped fix couple things inside with furnace and water heater vent. Awesome business. Thank you.
American Standard Roofing gave us an estimate on the spot and performed the roofing job per the estimate. No last minute changes or add-ons. They did what they promised and for the price quoted.
Out of four roofing companies, American Standard Roofing (AMR) was the only company that kept their word and showed up for the appointment. The salesman Rusty, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After discussing the damage situation, Rusty made the inspection. Hurricane Ida damaged the roof causing interior damage, so getting the new roof was a priority.
