The technician barely looked at my system before pushing for a costly ac replacement. When I asked questions, he became rude and dismissive. I later had a reputable company out who fixed the issue in under an hour for a fraction of the price. These people only care about upselling, not helping customers with their ac problems.

What a waste of money. They replaced a part in my ac system and promised it would solve the issue. Within two days the AC failed completely. I called for a warranty repair but was told I would have to pay again. That is not how good service should work. I cannot recommend them after this experience.

I scheduled a repair with clear instructions about the issue and the model, but the tech arrived completely unprepared and late. He didn’t bring the right tools and left halfway through saying he’d return the next day. He never did. I followed up three times and got no response. I had to start over with a new company. Terrible service and no communication.
