Brie gets things moving and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend for property management services.
After being directed by Ventura county to cut lawn watering to once a week as there is a WATER SHORTAGE, this company is now trying to get me to pay for re-seeding their grass so they can sell the house. They are stealing $995 from me!! I contacted them a month before so the owner had time to change the landscaping and Brie and her "team" ignored me. They are not a good company, and will do whatever they feel they can get away with. This is just the beginning.
This property management company is exceptional! They run it like a business and my rental portfolio is benefiting from improved net operating income. They are responsive and I really feel like I am in good hand! I highly recommend
Very professional company and genuinely cares about tenants and landlords. Brie, the owner really did an excellent job in finding use tenants quickly. Very impressed, I highly recommend them.
I hired Brie's company last year prior to leaving the state for a military assignment. Throughout the year I had been receiving quotes for repairs which I thought were being generated by my tenants and were valid. I found out last week that a repairman directly employed by Brie's company showed up to my tenants door unannounced to do an "inspection".
