Well here goes another bad review. A tech came out 3 weeks ago and he was very nice. Turned out that my breaker was tripped and all he had to do was flip a switch. That cost me $75.00. My bad and yes I felt stupid. He said if I had any further trouble they would come out and they would apply the $75.00 to the repair. Well I turned the heater up last week and after a while the hl prompt came on. I called them today and the office manager said technically they did fix the spa in the first trip out. very unsatisfied customer I don't recommend American spa services they charge me $700 for misdiagnosis on pool heater..

Awesome!! – My parents needed help with their spa. I called a couple places and no one could help answer their questions. I called American Spa Services and they were on it. They answered every question and were friendly. They made my parents feels like top priority. My parents and I will only recommend and use them for all of our spa needs. Great Great Great experience!!!
Best Service Ever – After my sister gave me her spa, I had to call to get it serviced. To my surprise Todd ( the owner) was the person who came out to take a look. Not only did he fix my problem he gave me some great advice on how to keep it running. The price and advice were awesome. Thank you!!!
