Well here goes another bad review. A tech came out 3 weeks ago and he was very nice. Turned out that my breaker was tripped and all he had to do was flip a switch. That cost me $75.00. My bad and yes I felt stupid. He said if I had any further trouble they would come out and they would apply the $75.00 to the repair. Well I turned the heater up last week and after a while the hl prompt came on. I called them today and the office manager said technically they did fix the spa in the first trip out.
