Your criteria classified me as a level III.5 addict. I have been clean and sober for over a year. I haven't touched hard drugs at all during this decade. But I suppose your society has a five star rating in providing livestock to the prison industrial complex. Perhaps someday when the failed war on drugs has ended we can start calling your society what it actually is. A hate group complicit in the violation of civil rights and human dignity.
