Terrible ! Would not recommend this place at all !! Filled all the paperwork out the night before getting to my appointment, I arrived at my appointment 3:30pm appointment time was 3:45pm check in with the receptionist give her my ID and insurance card and sat down and waited for 20 minutes then another receptionist came up to me and said my insurance was inactive which wasn't true cause I just use my insurance at another appointment previously the other day... Wyanita the recpetionist does not have the voice or motivation when taking calls. I wonder if she shows the same attuide with her supervisor. Why is trash answering the phone ? When people are trying to get their health squared away? This is totally unexceptable. I would love to see if Wynita keeps her after they get less tricare referrals. Lets see who deals with Wynita's attitude than.
This place is a scam ,created to make money by falsely diagnosing people to sell sleep apnea machines, they are deceptive ,some people may have sleep apnea but not .every one that visits is diagnosed with sleep apnea even if you don't have sleep apnea.Everything about this place is shady The Doctor is only there 1 day a week ,but the business is open 5 days during the week, how is this convenient for the patients, it's not.Staff will tell you that the doctor has other offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland if you don't mind trave... read more
As others said, they overbook, which causes you to wait well after your appointment time, almost an hour in my case. My appointment was a phone call, and likely was would be a lower priority if they had many people waiting at their office. But the doctor was nice and reviewed many different aspects of why i was seen.
