I think they are closed. We came for an appointment at 2pm on a Thursday and door was locked with lights off! Don't know if they are permanently closed or just "temporarily" closed, and there was no sign to tell us what was going on.

There phone line has been dead for a year at least now. I need to get my prescription but there is no way to get to them. Including their head quarters in Florida. Use someone else. Anyone else.
Phone often doesn't work. Can't reach them. Not sure they are still even operating and have not been informed if they are no longer. Incredibly bad for a "medical" provider. Still doesn't work as of July 24th. Absolutely incompetent and irresponsible.
Lost medical charts. Doctor Hoffman takes appointments only one day a week. Takes a month to get an appointment, and I arrive to be told that my appointment was cancelled, even when I received a voicemail the day before confirming my appointment. After 10 years, it’s time to find a different sleep apnea office.
