I did my sleep study here and I have nothing but great things to say. I was fortunate and got a near immediate appointment due to someone else cancelling their appointment. The facility was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But HUGE shoutout to Pam. I showed up at my scheduled time and she assisted me with my study. She was extremely polite, intelligent, and informative. Pam went out her way to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Friendly, professional staff. Exactly as expected.
Nope. Nope and Nope again. Soo, I was scheduled with this Sleep Diagnostic Study through the VA,.. yeah and so the tech was ok. Cordial, did her job, HOWEVER, there was a computer made sign about how those who were there to be monitored for sleep disorders should be quiet and be mindful of those who were sleeping, WELL THAT WAS A WASTE OF PAPER..OMG! Pam, the nurse/tech that did the actual sleep study was fantastic! I would rate her a 5. Both times, however, I was told I should receive a call within 2 weeks from the Dr. to discuss the results. Both times no one contacted me so I had to call, and both times they had some lame excuse as to why. This last time almost 4 weeks passed.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean as well as the bathrooms.
