Very poor customer service I’ve experienced with this store recently. I’ve purchased a lot of furniture with them over the years and never had any issues, but am very disappointed with how they’re now treating customers. We were supposed to receive a piece of furniture 2 months ago, but it got delayed 6 more weeks and after 5 months since ordering we still don’t have it. Wonderful Experience ‼️
Very happy with my Nori collection sectional and separate chaise chair. Entire experience with VCF was exceptional from walking into the showroom - friendly helpful not pushy to delivery. I steered my uncle to VCF for a new recliner chair!
