Lee was outstanding in working on the ac unit.
Once I made the appointment, I was reminded of the day and time. I was then notified 30 min prior to the tech’s arrival. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. A very good experience. The tech identified two issues that needed to be addressed and took care of them before he finished. A very good experience.
