As always, service call was completed efficiently, the service rep kept me informed of his progress and diagnosed the problem in an efficient manner.
I called to have someone come out and listen to a noise that my unit was making. Doug was amazing. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. He also told me what to do to keep that from happening again. Will definitely be calling this company in the future for anything I need.
Ramon was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions politely and quickly fixed the issue with my Air Conditioner. This company made us a priority during a heatwave from a powerful El Niño as temperatures climbed up to 110°F with the heat index and nighttime temps were abysmal as well. Not all heroes were capes but they do wear a shield touting an American Eagle. My family, including special needs and pups thank you.
