I called because my air conditioner quit working on Friday. Someone came out fairly quickly. He spent Friday and Saturday working and had installed a thermostat. It wasn’t connected to anything at this point. After doing that and who knows what else, he determined that I would need a new circuit board. He said he’d bring one on Sunday. Sunday rolls around and he calls and tells me that he can’t get the part and that his boss would call on Monday. Monday at 10:00, rolls around, no call.
