Called on a Friday morning and they came that afternoon to pump out. I had a lot of questions about my septic system and my guy answered them all! I ended up having a failed sump pump and he said he would change it for me. I’m told him that the pump was something I felt I could change myself and he did not pressure me at all to do it himself, even said to call him if I had any problems or questions and he would do his best to help out over the phone. You don’t see this kind of service anymore! Great job American Septic!!
