Writes bad checks. Had 2 checks bounce one for $2400 and another for $325. I advise do not use! Do not trust! Plan and simple guy is a thief!
This guy is a RIP OFF CON ARTIST. Took me for $7,200 deposit haven't heard from or been able to contact since. Time for lawyer
June 10 signed and 1/2 down to replace septic 1050 gal. tank. 4weeks to get permit. Joel said permit in hand will do job. As of Aug. 25 he does not return calls when he does he tells lies. I ask for refund no answer.
