If I could give 0 stars I would. My family went through American sentry last year in spring for our panels. We were told that around $13k would be reimbursed to us from federal tax credits on our refund the next year, and so were given a promotional 18month loan for $13k at zerointerest, with the interest beginning at the end of 18 months. We were told this was so we "had enough time" to do our taxes and receive our refund. our panels have been up for several months now and when we had an issue with a row of panels , the problem was fixed quickly. However, when discussing financing, we were told that the reimbursement from state & federal would cover one of the loan amounts fully-so no interest would accrue. Well this is not true. the reimbursement is not given in full but split over 2 years, meaning that if you don’t have thousands to cover the loan when promotion ends, you’ll be responsible for the accursed interest. My husband and I recently purchased solar panels with you and we have been nothing but pleased during the entire process. Just had panels installed today. The workers were polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They have cleaned up and left. I am eagerly awaiting the next step so I may be a solar household. Thank You.
