Hard to reach, then when I needed to move storage, I was told: "You can clean your own unit."
I have had a unit at this location for years and they are starting to upgrade the property. I was advised my unit is being torn down (to build larger units). They gave me plenty of notice that I would have to move to another unit. Edgar (the property manager) was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This made it a very smooth transistion in getting a different unit. He is a valuable asset to your company. I highly recommend American Self Storage.
The office manager is super nice! He definitely made me feel welcomed and was very informative about the place! The pricing is pretty cheap as well! For example: a five by ten here is about $25. If you go anywhere else, it can range from $79-$90. That is, in the research I have done of nearby storage places. I don't plan to be here long, as my plans don't require it. If I should ever need to store anything again, or if a friend asks for recommendations, it will definitely be here!
