I did have a problem with the first unit, but Malik fixed It immediately. I’m very impressed by the price , the customer service and the unit overall. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t need a controlled temperature I think it’s the perfect unit for you. I’m actually very surprised about the experience since it just looks like the average storage facility.
Malik was so courteous and helpful! He stayed after close to make sure we got taken care of. He even stayed to blow out the empty unit just to make sure it was nice and clean. Absolutely fantastic experience!!
