Too many hidden fees.
A terrible complete rip off not even 1 star they deserve, useless management and corporate and hidden double charges. this place should be closed down right away. stay away from here
this place was close so it was convenient. unfortunately it sucks! they won't issue a bill. i never heard of a service refusing to issue a bill! they lock your unit day you owe. issue late fees every 7 days unpaid. will definitely put your unit up for auction after 2 months unpaid (i found this out when returning from long term trip). will charge 75 to take unit off auction. charge insurance fee whether you want it or not. isn't the building insured?? makes no sense. i found mouse feces on my box spring and mattress as well ... read more
