Very easy start up and easy pay methods
Very easy process to rent a storage unit, it was clean and they are sturdy, secure units, would definitely recommend to family or friends
Affordable and big units
Seemed safe enough. People on the phone were helpful and friendly. The floor in unit 107 had old car oil or something on the floor in a few spots and the handle to open the overhead door was bent up but the door worked fine. Free lock. Free first month. If I needed a storage unit in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go with them again.
Whole process is online. No human interaction needed. I pulled up the very next morning (literally 8.5 hours) after buying a unit and there was a lock and key in the unit ready for me to use. There was even a time I was sent an alert about me leaving my lock open because I forgot to close my lock. They are awesome
