The oakwood one doesn’t have anyone there but it’s pretty easy all you do is call . The unit was clean when I got it already had a lock and key with it too
Decent storage facility for a great price. The only issue I have had is the insurance scam they keep trying to push. If they would stop that I would say great outfit.
I’ve been using my storage unit here for 9 years. I have NEVER had any issues. My items stay dry with no damage. Storage Depot is easy to contact by email and they always respond to me in a very timely manner!
It was super easy to get into a storage unit here. My family needed a storage unit on short notice and within minutes we had our lock and keys to the unit...it's also super affordable for the size of the unit. They make it super easy to pay every month with text alerts and online pay options or by phone if that's your preference. 5 stars from me.
