Liz is awesome! Her service is top notch and she goes out of her way to make sure your experience is valued. The units are nice and spacious. American Self Storage happened to be my first choice and I can happily say that I'm satisfied with the decision.
Manager is great, location great. Three stars due to this reason only;as much money that is being brought in and yet so difficult to access the storage due to the massive pot holes. And not just on one aisle. Should they repair more than happy to update my review
Good value, but the black top road needs redone. HUGE pot holes.
The roads are maintained by the renters not the landlord. The units leak. And if you pay your bill then move your stuff out 2 days later, your just out the money u like rental contracts anywhere else where the funds are prorated and refunded. They just make bank on you and leave you to file insurance claims for damaged goods because the roofs leak and the units flood.
Very helpful and will absolutely be upfront and honest about pricing and availability. Do what they say they're going to do. They keep up with you at all times. Thank you Liz!
