Just returning U-haul, rented storge space here for a little over a year, who cares, mentioned because they have finally replaced the horrible roads and cleaned up the shoddy appearance.
Mgmt & ownership needs to pave the drive ways , lots of deep Potholes . Hard on my truck !! Still the worst mgmt in town- paid for 24hrs access that is NOT working yet . I complained 3 times about the 24 hr access not working after 9pm , mgmt said it should working , asked for credit , never given so far. Owner don’t care about customers! Will find another place who cares . Finally, today 1/5/26 they have paved 2 driveways with fresh concrete that looks great and feel a lot safer. I hope they do the rest of pavements soon. I’ve been renting here for about a year and I am DONE. My first issue was the Saturday I found a lock of theirs on my door when I had paid my rent unit on time that month. I was furious. I drove all the way up to Edmond, the office was closed and I could not access my things. Just this past weekend I drove up to get my Christmas decorations, and the entire lane is blocked off for construction. I still paid my rent this month!!
