The roads are maintained by the renters not the landlord. The units leak. And if you pay your bill then move your stuff out 2 days later, your just out the money u like rental contracts anywhere else where the funds are prorated and refunded. They just make bank on you and leave you to file insurance claims for damaged goods because the roofs leak and the units flood.
Very helpful and will absolutely be upfront and honest about pricing and availability. Do what they say they're going to do. They keep up with you at all times. Thank you Liz! Mgmt & ownership needs to pave the drive ways , lots of deep Potholes . Hard on my truck !! Still the worst mgmt in town- paid for 24hrs access that is NOT working yet . I complained 3 times about the 24 hr access not working after 9pm , mgmt said it should working , asked for credit , never given so far. Owner don’t care about customers! Will find another place who cares .
