Jeff is the owner & he is amazing! He is super helpful & available anytime you have questions or concerns. I had no concerns or issues while storing my possessions.
I have been with American Self Storage #8 for almost 9 years and have been very satisfied with my business transactions with this facility. When a tornado struck an couple of years ago, we moved all we could salvage to another American Self Storage. When # 8 was rebuilt, there was no question where our belongings would be! I have complete confidence in Vinnie Carlson, the residential manager at my facility. She is a wonderful person and is fast becoming what I hope will be a life-long friend. Mary Nelson
Water damage to my bed. Lady I called later that night to report damage just didnt want to deal with it and kept telling me they closed at 6 pm and it was 7 pm. ( I'm guessing the number is her personal cell phone. If you dont want people calling you....change the phone number you can be reached at). When I went in face to face the next morning, she was on the phone figuring out how to do a claim (which I appreciated), but was making semi unprofessional comments such as "I've never had a claim in the 2 years I've been here" ... read more
Several neighbors had trailers stolen, some units were broken into, we gave notice to move out and paid our rent. The last day of the paid lease, we showed up to move our stuff and they had locked us out and demanded an additional month rent because the manager we gave notice was no longer there and the new manager wanted another botice

The manager is always "On Site". Is available for any situation, very polite, friendly and deeply cares about the security of my items being stored. :) I rest easier knowing he is there. :) The BEST storage manager, "EVER"! :) Charles
