Returned a uhaul to this facility. While we were present the gate closed automatically. No directions were provided to open the gate. There is simply a sign that says if you are locked in after hours to call the police. Had to wait for the police to open the gate with two screaming children. Police officer did not know how to open the gate. Terrible policy!
I just moved out here from Phoenix and Derek was extremely helpful getting my trailer situated and taken care of. Will definitely be using his services in the future! Thank you again Derek for all your help.
Super professional staff, nice clean facility and office. NO KIOSKS, ACTUAL People!.
Derek is super friendly and easy to work with. Good communication.
