Excellent customer service and ease of use of space. We really enjoyed doing business with this company and would have stayed if they had a climate controlled unit in this specific location. No complaints, highly recommend!!

Dusty, dirty, insects and spiders! I dang near died in the heat trying to get the lock thru that uneven hole....NEVER AGAIN!

Wish I had the time to fully express what an excellent person and blessing Derek is. Please note this is a actual customer review. I just currently lack the energy and ability to fully express what a blessing Derek has been and continues to be. My appreciation is magnified as my health declines. Derek, at American Storage #3, on N. Santa Fe, is a credit to his profession as well as an excellent human being. Without boring you with details, please know I am sincere in saying he goes far beyond the second mile!

I had a great experience storing my trailer here! Ashley and Daniel were very attentive and accommodating. They keep an eye on the place very closely and they never hesitated to give me a call or a text if they saw something unusual, and the price was so affordable! I have Zero regrets about using this facility and would recommend to anyone!
