I have been renting from american self storage for well over a year now and didnt have any problems till this new lady came around. Now shes been making new rules and sending emails that i need to come in and talk to her. And when i asked for the district managers number she told me she wasnt allowed to give that out but i could give her my email address and hed contact me.Every job has someone you can complain to. SOLD OUT! The nicest staff have been replaced, this facility is now owned by UHaul and I ve never before had problems with UHaul. Until I know my belongings are safe I will reserve details of my sad experience.

I will never again use this facility. I also would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. They were very rude, making comments that should not have been made in a professional setting. It seemed like every single time I came in to pay my bill, it reeked of marijuana and the doors were always locked. I find this disgusting considering I brought my daughter in there with me to pay my bill. This is no way to run a business, and I will be contacting the BBB conserving my experience with this company.Sincerely, Disgruntle Cus... read more

I have stored with American for over 10 years now and I will never take my business elsewhere. The management is very friendly and she has worked with me everytime I have had and issue. Plus the prices are great compared with other facilities in the same area.
This was a nice experience. Good clean storages and the management is exceptional.
