I leased a unit and ended up never accessing or using it. After a week of the lease, I asked Jeff to cancel it and also requested a refund. He gave the refund and cancelled the lease without question or pushback.

We rented from American Self Storage for many years. Excellent place to rent a storage unit. Building was well maintained and personnel always pleasant and easy to reach!

Horrible experience. Left bedroom suites and other household appliances in here for 2 years. It had a water leak in the room, completely ruined the mattresses and damaged some of the furniture. Absolutely no help from owner, claims no responsibility for an indoor/climate controlled facility. Wouldn't recommend anyone using this facility, for the amount I paid monthly, you would think the facility would be maintained better. If you do have anything here, I highly recommend checking in on your unit. I doubt this was just one u... read more
