There was a old lady around 70 getting boxes out of her car taking into her store and she was parked in a loading zone and this guy with a American security alarms truck made her employ move her car because he said it was a loading zone as he sat in the road as other cars honked at him and block traffic, so he parked there after the car was moved but I watched him the hole time and he was not loading or unloading things out of his truck and the old lady was.
