atm inconsistent, especially cash deposit. probably the 3rd time this happened. Cash and business line always held up by business transactions. waited in line for business transactions that probably took 10 minutes. By the time I tried to deposit cash it was able to recognize my deposit. When I hit continue it lagged and said it couldn't do my transaction. Mind you it was a transaction for my elderly mother who had to go in the bank to complete the transaction. God knows how long that line was too.
Been doing business with ASB for years as we handle all of our business banking along with our personal accounts here. Went to this location to deposit 2 checks into 2 of our accounts as I do every week and was told only 1 transaction is allowed in the drive thru. Like I handed her 6k in nickels and dimes. No Aloha, no have a nice day…..just some rude wahine behind the glass. No one else in the drive thru either. 20 plus years of banking for that kind of customer service!? No thank you.

I needed to open a new checking and savings account. I did not make an appointment, but they were able to quickly find someone to help me. Nina was amazing! She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Despite me having done my research already, she made sure I knew what was included to ensure it was what I wanted. I've been to this location a few times to deposit for others, and never had any issues with wait time and unfriendly tellers.
Terrible service. Condescending tone and just straight up rude.
