RecommendedExceptional customer service. Recently, I took in a rug with a large stain and was told it very likely wouldn’t come out, or the fibers under the stain may break down during cleaning. Got a call for more information about said stain, and then follow-up texts with images of the before and after—with step-by-step details of their strategy to remove it. These people truly CARE for rugs! Highly recommend.

My dog Macee had chewed on the opposite ends of my living room rug when she was a puppy. It’s a very unique pattern and matches perfectly with my chair so it wouldn’t have been easy to replace. American Rug Laundry was recommended by a friend. They did a wonderful job repairing the ends and cleaning my rug for a reasonable price. It looks like new! Thanks!
