I am a former contractor and a building inspector. I got several estimates for our roof and ultimately chose American Roofing. Brad was very professional and provided an accurate amount of product and quality materials. The job didn’t go off without a hitch however. The forklift driver did crack my concrete when they loaded the roof. Steve eventually honored their mishap and compensated me for the damage. We had American roofing fix the issues we had during our 1 year home warranty for our DR Horton home. And let’s just say it was NOT a good experience. We are still trying to get them to come out and fix our roof. They said they replaced the missing tiles and was done, but we had a missing tile also the cuts around vent pipes were sloppy, the gaps at the angle cuts was HORRIBLE.
